Ingredients

  • 4 1/4 ounces whipped cream cheese
  • 3 1/2 ounces low fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/3 cup herbs (fresh mixed, chopped, such as chives, thyme and oregano)
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 loaf sandwich bread (sliced)

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, ricotta and lemon juice until smooth. Add herbs and season to taste. Spread over 1/2 of bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices. Remove crusts and cut each sandwich into 3 pieces. Serve immediately.
