  • 1/2 cup hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (finely chopped, or 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed)
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic (finely)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds potatoes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
  3. In large shallow roasting pan, evenly spread potatoes. Roast, stirring once, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Very crunchy but took longer because of the time they didn’t account for of chopping the potatoes, also I used thyme instead of rosemary.... still good
