This was a very good recipe. I did have to cook it 10 minutes longer just to get to 145°. I did add balsamic vinegar instead of white vinegar and I made mine with strawberry preserves. I also had to take him with about a teaspoon and a half to maybe a tablespoon of cornstarch.My husband who is not a fancy either actually said that he really likes this meal.

Very good! Used balsamic vinegar for sauce and thickened a little with corn starch. Will definitely make again!!
