Delicious! I eliminated the dill, added a cut lemon in with the rosemary, and rubbed the skin with butter before cooking. Will definitely make again.

Was absolutely delicious! I used olive oil and a brush to spread on the herbs and added in salt to add in some savory-ness.

turned out perfect. i did let the chicken hit room temperature before cooking, which i think helps the temperature hit dark and light at the same time correctly. the spice combo was great and i could taste hints of it in the meat.
