- 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Remove the papery skin from exterior of the garlic heads. Slice the pointed tops from the heads, creating a flat edge that exposes the cloves.
- Cut four square sheets of foil. Place a garlic head, cut side up, in the center of each sheet.
