Amazing comes out perfect every time.

Over cooked. Might be because I didn’t transfer it to a new pan, but after the hour and 20 minutes, it was 175 degrees. Maybe cook it 30 before turning off the oven instead of 50. Pepper is the only thing you taste in it. I even used less than it called for. One good thing was the drippings made a good gravy. That was the best part.

It was delicious, I served it with pan seared green beans and carrots and with brown rice. It was definitely a hit with my family. I give it five stars.
Great! I’ve made it twice now and both times seems foolproof
Delicious, made some great sandwiches with it!
