  • ham (Smoked, slices)
  • salami (Smoked, slices)
  • tomato (slices)
  • cheese slices (Emmental)
  • lettuce leaves
  • dressing (Yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • chives

Directions

  1. Slice a fresh, light, crunchy baguette in half lengthwise and fill it with the ham, salami, tomato and Emmental slices.

These sandwiches are hearty and filling. They could be served at a picnic or outdoor setting with a big bowl of hot soup or a cold beer. Sour cream could replace the mayonnaise as a spread with a little more flavor.
