- 1/4 cup promise buttery spread
- 1 sweet onion (large, chopped)
- 2 zucchini (large, chopped)
- 2 yellow bell pepper
- 16 oz. cannellini (or white kidney beans, rinsed and drained)
- 15 oz. black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 15 oz. tomato sauce (no salt added)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. dri oregano leaves, crush
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions
- Melt Promise® Buttery Spread in 6-quart saucepot over medium-high heat and cook onion, zucchini and bell peppers, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender and just starting to brown.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 8 minutes or until heated through. Serve, if desired, with fat free sour cream. TIP: For a saucier Chili, stir in 1/4 cup water.
