- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup ragu pizza quick sauc
- 12 prebaked pizza crusts (prebaked)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced (small)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz)
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper. Evenly spread Sauce on pizza crust, then top with ground beef, red pepper, onions and cheese. Bake 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
