Excellent- second time I've made it! Used 1 Tablespoon chopped canned adobo chili with chipotle. Doubled veggies- in recipe, Except- I substituted = 1/2 of each red, green, yellow and orange bell peppers Add 1-2 cups of Frozen Riced cauliflower & broccoli blend 1 Sweet potato diced Frozen lentil and veggie penne pasta 1-2 packages 2 of 15 oz petite diced tomatoes with onion and garlic 2 extra 15 oz cans of tomato sauce
