Very tasty! I used vegan cheddar cheese instead of dairy cheese and it still tasted really great. I also added some mild taco sauce from taco Bell I had stored in my fridge

The quesadillas were delicious! I added more shredded cheddar, and garnished with fresh cilantro, fat free sour cream, and a lime wedge. Served with blue corn tortilla chips.

Super yummy. My husband is not a big fan when we dont have meat with dinner, but he loved these. They were so flavourful and quick to make - much better than other quesadillas we've made.

So delicious! I thought it would be too much seasoning, but it was great. I’m making them again right now with quesadilla cheese instead of cheddar like I used last time. And this time I’m not adding onion in the hopes that my husband will eat them. I’m still chopping some onion to add to mine! Oh, and I didn’t use cilantro

These were great! I used an assortment of seasonings from my pantry instead of the taco seasoning packet, and I warmed the filling in a separate pan before spooning it onto the tortillas. This recipe did not fill 10 tortillas for me - more like 5.

Delicious! I made the taco seasoning from scratch from the recipe provided. Even my husband remarked that the seasoning in the quesadillas was excellent. He is a big meat eater but really enjoyed this recipe. I will definitely make these again
