Ingredients

  • 15 ounces hearts of palm (or half of a 25 oz. jar, drained and cut into slices)
  • 2 avocado (small, diced)
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice (fresh squeezed)
  • lime juice (I use my fresh-frozen, for recipes like this.)
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes (small, cut in half)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (thinly sliced, or more if not using cilantro)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
  • sea salt (to taste)
