    The toppings were great, unfortunately can’t say the same for the baked tortillas. They had the consistency of stale tortilla chips. They almost ruined the dish, we ended up salvaging it by using taco shells

    It made a really tasty dinner. I doubled the recipe and put on 2 dinner plates. My husband didn't think he'd be filled up, but he is and I am too. Next time I will bake the nachos for longer to make them crispy as they kinda softened up under the toppings. Great recipe👍
