  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 lime (for squeezing)
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)

    Directions

    1. Take every single ingredient, minus the lime and dump it into your blend. Blend all the ingredients on low until well combined and the mixture is still slightly chunky.
    2. Scoop the black bean dip into a medium size bowl and squeeze the lime over top.
    3. Feel free to garnish the dip with cilantro or avocado. Or if you are feeling squirrelly, use both!
