I didn’t measure anything I did a layer than seasoning than another layer and seasoning. Than a heavy drizzle or 2 of olive oil and a lot of shredded Parmesan after 35 minutes I stirred it and added more Parmesan. Cooked 10 more minutes and done. I had this for main course and am in love. That’s saying a lot for a hard core meat eater.

Had to bake a little longer than instructions. Added a little extra drizzle of olive oil, S & P. But, very good! Did meatballs & marinara with extra tomatoes, basil, & Parmesan to accompany the dish. Delicious combination.

It was good!! The coating didn’t pour; had to use something to coat the squash & tomatoes.
