This zucchini bread is CRACK! Super moist, wonderful flavor. There’s only 1/4 of it left after it cooled off out of the oven. It’s not going to last! Definitely a keeper <3

The consistency was a bit off. Even though I drained and dried off the zucchini it was almost too moist. Also I love coconut oil but it usually makes things taste like coconut oil, which is not what I was looking for.

Love this recipe! My go to zucchini bread recipe. The bread is moist and flavorful - solid bread. Made smaller loaves - turned out great!

Perfect! Easy to make, wonderfully healthy! I had all the ingredients already in my house. I loved the low amount of sugar. All other recipes had at least one cup of sugar. Awesome flavor.
