  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (or raw honey)
  • 1/3 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
  • 3/4 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond)
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups wheat flour (whole)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (aluminum free)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt (plain, I used 2%)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • jelly beans (organic, for decorations & is optional)
  • coconut flakes (fancy grade, for decorations & is optional)
  • cooking spray (I use Misto)
