    Brilliant I love these I replaced the parsley with cilantro (didn’t have parsley) and it works as well.

    These totally rocked!!! Amazing flavours, so easy to cook. I did these on the barbecue tonight and everyone commented how good these were. Even better than what I get at my local Thai Resterant. Two ingredient I added not on here was lemon grass and coriander just to zing it up a notch. Definitely doing these again!!!!
