  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 bananas (medium very ripe)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (could use honey)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (coconut oil)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 large egg
