- 4 bananas (– these should not be too ripe or too soft)
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (Try the Enjoy Life brand if you would like to make this vegan)
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds (Now Wellness Organic Toasted, crushed)

They tasted great, except it took a very long time for the chocolate to get cold and stay cold on the banana.
