    It brightened the flavor of my steamed vegetables, but not as bold a flavor as I expected. I will make again with a few tweaks, maybe adding herbs.

    Can't really go wrong with this combo! Like others, I went with a dijon mustard. I also threw a couple sprigs of thyme into my condiment bottle, but suspect many herb combos would work with whatever you're serving with the salad.

    Really tasty! I used Dijon mustard for my recipe just based on personal taste but it tasted great with both spinach and kale!
