  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind you like, I used 1%, but you can use whatever you like)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (I used creamy, but you can use crunchy if you like)
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed (ground golden, see note below)
  • 2 teaspoons honey (preferably raw, local honey)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon unfiltered apple cider vinegar (organic raw)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 banana (large ripe, peeled, chopped into 6 pieces, and frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs (for garnish, optional)
