The chicken was quite good but the sauce itself was not enjoyable. I don’t think there was enough orange juice added. The cornstarch did not thicken the sauce but instead clumped and separated. I ate the chicken and it was tasty.

I didn't really like how the sauce came out. The vinegar flavor came out a little too strong, and there wasn't enough orange flavor. Had to add some more orange juice. As the recipe recommends, you should definitely use low sodium soy sauce; it would have been too salty with regular soy sauce. Not terrible, but I wouldn't make it again.
