Serving size was a bit small I would triple it next time for a family. Great taste though!

I made this in 10 minutes for a healthy breakfast. The banana made it sweet and tasty. I didn’t add any toppings it tasted amazing just by itself. The recipe made two medium sized pancake which is perfect for one person. I am definitely adding this to one of my weekly breakfasts!!!
It was good, but the amount of ingredients only made about 2 small pancakes

Revising my 4-star because I find myself making these at least a couple of times a week. I tweaked it just a bit because I like fluffy pancakes—increases oatmeal to 1/2 cup and the baking powder to 1 tbsp (trust me—these are plenty sweet enough to disguise any bitter aftertaste) And here’s a heads up: you can’t go by the usual “looks dry around the edges”, because it will burn if you do. My solution was 1) make them small, 2) use a thin *metal* spatula to carefully check (constantly) and 3) I mean *constantly*. Once I figured that out, it has become my go-to for breakfast and snack. Quick, easy and cheap!

Great healthy alternative to traditional pancakes. I added blueberries to mine.
Great pancakes! Super tasty and easy to make. The “7 servings” is a little bit misleading though. I was looking at the input size and didn’t get where it was coming from.
It took a oo long to cook. And I burned them. Will try again with lower heat.
We always triple this recipe, they go super fast! Amazing...my husband loves to make these Saturday mornings.

These were a super simple cure for my pancake craving, but I don’t get the “7” servings. I ate the whole thing!

Yummier than I expected! I found they need to cook at a lower temp than flour pancakes, and “Blend till smooth” means don’t blend lightly. Delish. Adding raspberries to the finish product next time!
These were pretty good, easy to make, I did add a bit of coconut milk though.
Pretty good actually! I’ll make them again.

Great! I added 1 tbs of flax seed for my taste, it smell delicious thanks to the cinnamon and the vainilla.
