They turned out amazing. So delicious. My son loved them and I didn’t feel guilty about eating them. I added her net to sweeten them up.

Pretty tasty. Not rubbery, but not crunchy or cookie like in texture. I made quite a few modifications to mine. Used 2 cups of a pumpkin applesauce because i didn't have any bananas, 1/4 c maple syrup for sweetness, 1/4c chopped walnuts, 1/4 c chia seeds, and 1/4c chocolate chopped. Probably not as healthy as the version here, but probably a little better than similar grab and go breakfast bars you find at the grocery store. The recipe is super versatile and easy, and my 3 year old loved them. Will certainly be making these again.

Absolutely FANTASTIC! I'd been waiting to come across the answer for my dilemma, how to get oatmeal into my diet on a more regular basis....I made this and added lots of flax and chia seeds...I now eat this for breakfast, a snack in the evenings, and no longer feel guilty about my snacking! Especially enjoying all the suggested add-ins for variety from all the comments here!!

I made them and my family loved them I made two versions of it, the one with coco powder instead of cinnamon and instead of applesauce I added pine nut butter and both where great the second version was a bit more stiff and more crispy and still great

I made this according to the recipe and, like others, i found them a bit rubbery (less applesauce next time, I think). I made a second version where I used 1 cup of peanut butter instead of applesauce and ~1tsbp of cocoa instead of cinnamon. WAY better! Totally fixed the texture issue. Breakfast will never be the same again!

Like the others this recipe turned out rubbery and not very tasty. I won't make these again which is a bummer.

These cookies had a strange rubbery texture and I only used 1 banana not 2. The chocolate chips I added helped a lot. Not the best but easy to make and they do make a good snack between meals.

These were rubbery. If you can get over the texture, the taste was pretty good. The ones I put chocolate chips in were the best. I will not make again.
