- 1 cup smooth peanut butter (I used plain old pb, I’m not sure how these would turn out with natural or sugar free)
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 coconut oil (– Cup)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 old fashioned oats (– Cups)
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 salt (– tsp)

It was okay, had a strong coconut oil taste so I would recommend adding more cacao or peanut butter.

Very good, I am glad to have found a recipe that substitutes the butter and sugar for healthier options. I added a chopped up banana to it and it tastes great!
