Delicious! I followed the directions pretty much to the tee. It was so good I shared it to family and friends. My husband has cancer and mushrooms is one of the cancer fighting foods. We will be eating a lot of it.

Delicious - I don't normally eat vegetarian meals, so I was worried the lack of meat would make this meal less filling, but it was perfect.
