  • 6 sundried tomatoes (chopped, about ¼ cup, not packed in oil *)
  • 1 tablespoon mellow white miso
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups dry pasta (choice, we used gluten free fusilli pasta *)
  • 15.5 ounces red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 15.5 ounces cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 pound frozen mixed vegetables (*, see notes)
  • 2 tablespoons onion flakes (dried minced)
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 pinch cumin (+/- to taste)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt (+/- to taste *)
