    Ran across this Recipe looking for cardiac friendly meal ideas for my wife, Who was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure, made this for my family last night the kids enjoyed putting the tacos together. I had to tweak it just a little because of the sodium content, So I am omitted the tomato sauce for fresh tomatoes and the peppers for Chipotle seasoning by Mrs. Dash and added fresh peppers...Very Delicious!

    Really nice! I did add some salt though to bring out some of the other flavors.

    Too sweet, not even the extra heat and lime juice added could overpower the cinnamon. I’d leave it out next time I decide to make it.
