- 1 apple cider vinegar (tblspn)

Very moist, but at least on my first try, there was an overwhelming taste of baking soda. Will try less baking soda in my next loaf

Love this bread! Easy to make and tasty. I didn't use a food processer instead hand mixed with a fork. I used olive oil instead of coconut oil and Earth Balance instead of butter. It doesn't crumble. I bought a Paleo bread at Whole foods for $12 and it was terrible! It was heavy and wet and crumbled. This is a short loaf. Next time I plan on adding parmesan cheese and herbs. Highly recommend!

yes I just made it and it is cooling off. I can't wait to try this bread. I just wish it came out higher like a regular slice of bread. Very tasty. Kind of like a bread cracker. I give it 4 stars.
