Very good added sour cream so it wasn’t too dry.

I love Gold Mash potatoes!!! Everything turned out great. I added scallions and a little cream cheese to the mix. Yum!!!😋

We made more potatoes than scheduled, and I didn't adequately prepare for the adjustment to olive oil I needed to make, but it was still yummy! Added extra sour cream instead. :) Definitely needed salt!

My only criticism of this recipe is the direction to boil the potatoes until "fork tender" - for those of us who are still pretty new at cooking some sort of time estimate would be excellent. I didn't find out until I was trying to blend those suckers with a hand mixer that they weren't cooked all the way and by then it was too late! My own personal mistake was thinking i could sub a hand mixer for a stand mixer -what a work out. I ended up with some disappointly chunky mashed potatoes....but the flavor is still so tasty! dont make my mistakes and you will enjoy!

Delicious and healthy! We'll be making these again. Be careful not to burn the garlic--it can happen very quickly!
