  • 1 mini cucumber (cut into thin strips)
  • 1/2 tomato (sliced and cut into small strips)
  • 1/3 red bell pepper (cut into strips)
  • 3 fresh mint leaves (minced)
  • alfalfa sprouts
  • carrot
  • broccoli
  • 1 package angel hair pasta (Pastaslim, drained and rinsed - or vermicelli or rice noodles - I quickly marinated the Pastaslim in garlic powder, onion powder, vegan worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and sriracha.)
  • 5 rice papers
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce (/ nama shoyu / braggs liquid aminos)
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (coconut, date, cane sugar..)
  • 1/2 tablespoon warm water
  • 1 garlic clove (small, minced)
  • pepper flakes (red hot, to taste)
