Quite good. I upped the lime juice slightly. I would suggest massaging your kale first as it could be hard on some tummies otherwise.

Excellent! I will definitely make this again. I used regular kale and massaged it in the dressing until soft, then added the rest of the ingredients, and more dressing to coat. Yum!

This is an awesome salad- so easy to make too! (It is also delicious with talapia to make fish tacos if there are any leftovers the next day!)

Love this recipe, I use mixed lettuce leaves instead of the kale. I quite often just make up the dressing to drizzle over a good steak or grilled chicken.
