  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder (RVL Mona Vie, or any all natural chocolate protein powder)
  • 1 jar applesauce baby food (blueberry, its just blueberries and apples blended together)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup almond milk (I like Blue Diamond)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (plus extra for your pan)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (I used a frozen mix of raspberries and blackberries)
