  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour (I use spelt but all purpose would work too. Regular whole wheat will work but is heavier.)
  • 3 tablespoons honey (I liked them at 1 tablespoon but the boys liked them best at 3 tablespoons)
  • 1 pinch salt

    For the flour portion I used half of my chocolate protein powder and half whole wheat flour! You definitely have to be patient if it's your first time making crepes but once you find the magical heat setting, you're golden! I ended up rolling strawberry cream cheese and bananas inside my crepes which made the perfect breakfast!

    I really liked it i did try adding new stuff : 1. i made the original recipe 2. i made it with rasberry 3.i made it with blueberry 4.i made it with banana slices 5. i made it with blackberrys The best i created was definetly blueberry i recommend you try these ideas
