I had an extra banana so I added it. We really enjoyed the brownies and will definitely make them again. Very moist and great chocolate and banana flavor

They had a nice spongy texture, but tasted more like banana bread than brownies to me. I added extra honey and vanilla and it made the batter taste SO much better and less bland.

Delicious and so healthy!!! I made a few adjustments: used 3 small bananas, omitted the stevia, added 1/3 cup of coconut sugar, 2/3 cup chocolate chips and 2/3 cups of walnuts to the batter. Then sprinkled on top 1/3 cup of chocolate chips and walnuts. Baked at 350 for 35mins in a small toaster oven.

Súper yummy! The mixture is SUPER THICC. I used cane sugar instead of stevia and folded in milk chocolate chips coated with flour for even distributing.

I did not use sugar or stevia only honey however the applesauce was regular cinnamon applesauce, sweetened. They came out amazing!

The brownies turned out pretty good, soft and moist and not so sweet. will do it again. thanks

I sprinkled 1/3 cup white sugar on the top of the brownies before I put the tin in the oven and I'm glad I did. without that, these brownies would not have been sweet enough, even with the Stevia packet. Food Science-wise, sugar doesn't just add sweetness, it adds mouthfeel. I would probably make these again but I'd add the sugar and double the chocolate chips.

They were a bit fluffy for browines, maybe because I made a double batch, but are yummy and such a healthy way to get a chocolate fix!

These were VERY good I sprinkled the chocolate chips on top. I will be making these again and again. Because I love chocolate I will add more coco powder next time.

Awesome... <3 <3 No one could wait for it to cool down in the fridge.... even before that they gobbled it up....

I used greek yoghurt instead of apple sauce and I loved it.
Tried it another time, but substituted the cocoa powder with whole wheat flour and turned into a banana bread instead...that was the best thing I’ve ever baked in my life!

Not too crazy about these brownies. Came out more spongy than I would have liked and something was off with the taste.

My first attempt at brownies. Too dry as cooked too long as said to make sure toothpick was dry when inserted in the center. Put mascarpone on top to offset this.

The taste is great (I used Monk Fruit and some sugar in place of the Stevia). But I'm not a fan of how flat they are. They are extremely chewy and not fluffy whatsoever. Thankfully, the taste is FANTASTIC so once you get past the consistency, they are perfect!

I added some powdered sugar on top because I wanted them sweeter, but overall a great recipe!

At 124 calories with chocolate chips, these are amazing! I included 1 scoop of stevia also. Very satisfying.

Delicious and moist. I substituted the apple sauce with light sour cream because I didn’t have apple sauce.

I'd call this a chocolate sponge cake, not a brownie. Works well with mashed up apples in place of bananas, as long as you add more sweetness.
