This dish was quite tasty! The lemon onion sauce over the breaded chicken really popped. I paired it with steamed brocolli. I will nake this again.

Excellent and not too hard to make
Bria Fleming 31 May 2018
Turned out great! I did 1/2 cup of pasta water and 1/2 cup of broth instead of 1 cup of broth because I made pasta with it. I will definitely make it again but instead of slicing the breasts I’ll just get cutlets.

One of my husbands favourites. It was delicious. We are doing a low carb diet so used almond flour and served it over zucchini noodles. Turned out great
Kim 22 Apr 2018
Delicious!!! Very tasty. Made a sauce from the juices by adding more flour. Was soooo good on the angel hair pasta.

Awesome! Needed more rice flour and salted a little heavier
Rachel Lancour-Clark 16 Apr 2018
I added spinach for a green. And a bit more spices but it turned out very tasty. I’d make it again for sure.

It had decent flavor but needed still more flavor I think. The chicken would also be more tender if you simmer it longer, like 15-20 minutes, maybe?
Samantha Crisano 2 Apr 2018
very, very good. the lemon was very strong. had a bright, fresh taste.
Mike 29 Mar 2018
Amazing! I used 3 teaspoons of the flour to thicken the sauce and it was the perfect thickness. Put it over whole wheat spaghetti and it was perfect.
Lynn S. 10 Mar 2018
This is an outstanding recipe. Company worthy. I used a Meyer lemon. Not too acidic, just a wonderful bright flavor.
Brianna Rau 30 Nov 2017
I used chopped olives instead of capers I like the flavor combination but It did take a good hour to make from start to finish

Just made this tonight for the first time. It was fabulous! I used the cutlets, so it cut down on time. My husband and I were both so impressed with how delicious it was and healthy too! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Delicious! One of my husband's favorites! I ended up adding 2 tbs butter and doubled the liquid by spacing it out over the end when it looked a little too thick
