Needed to double the noodles and sauce for the amount of chicken and veggies put in. Used all fish sauce and it turned out not too pungent.

Tried this with my hubby last night and we loved it!! Honestly did not expect it to have as much flavor as it did. We used fish sauce instead of the rice vinegar.

I subbed the fish sauce for rice vinegar like the recipe said I could, but it turned out super vinegary, Would definitely do half and half next time at least, it was still good though
