  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili (finely chopped)
  • 50 milliliters white wine
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 3 sprigs parsley (finely chopped)
  • 150 milliliters mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 drops chili sauce
  • ground black pepper (freshly)

    Directions

    1. Cut the chicken breast into 2 cm strips.
    2. Marinate for at least 20 min in the chili, crushed garlic, wine and oil mixture.
    3. Mix the breadcrumbs with the chopped parsley. Take the chicken out of the marinade and toss in the breadcrumbs. Coat evenly.
