soo good! i made my own sauce with another recipe that was way better than canned. cooked my chicken breast with just salt and chili powder on low in a covered frying pan so it was tender and juicy.

Delicious casserole. I improvised a bit; added half pepperjack cheese to the mixture and did it in a round stoneware casserole dish that I was able to pop in the microwave to get hot, then finished it off in the oven. I would definitely make this again!

Husband loved this. I kept the chips out and we put it in a tortilla. make sure you like the enchilada sauce that you use. Do not go cheap.

I used a 9x13 inch pan so I adjusted it & used 6 tortillas as the bottom layer & when I was stacking the layers. I also added green chiles...Cant wait to make it again! FAST & EASY PEASY!!! LOVED IT!!!
