This shake came out great !! Highly recommend drinking it after a hard workout and it is also a very simple , yummy , and healthy recipe.

This is very tasty, I made some changes by removing 1 spoon of peanut butter and adding 1 cup of fresh brewed coffee.

took me about 7 minutes to make, tastes amazing, really filling so would be perfect for a breakfast meal on the go. very rich, 2 servings is basically one serving. :) highly recommend

Delicious but a bit too much peanut butter for my taste. Next time i would use 1 spoon instead of 2.

Liked it, but would use chocolate Whey powder instead next time! The only other adjustment I would make is a little less peanut butter.

The only thing I have adjusted (only wight weight loss in mind here) is instead of milk, I use almond milk.

getting all the nutrients in one drink. nice .... i just substituted oat flour with roasted rice flour.
