This was absolutely delicious. I used plain whole yogurt instead of Greek and had to cook for 1 1/2 mins, and it came out great!!! Fun and easy recipe; thank you!

I really enjoyed this muffin, both making it and devouring it! How can something so healthy taste so... tampting? This recipe sure has the answer! Will definitely make it again.

So good!! I loved this recipe! I microwaved it for a total of 2 minutes so that it cooked all the way through!!

I’ll start off by saying that this isn’t the most fair review because I didn’t have any eggs so I used apple sauce because I know it’s a good substitute. However, it did turn out pretty well. The flavor was nice and had a bit of a doughy texture. I had to cook it for more like a minute and a half to two minutes.

Very good! I added McCormick cinnamon, chai, nutmeg spice mix to bring the flavors together . I had to microwave about 1 minute 10 seconds longer than called for Delicious!
