Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups bananas (mashed overripe, about 11 ounces or 3 large)
  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Love it. Make it all the time! I use 1 cup of choc chips (dark) and add 1/4 cup flour to make it more like a bread and less cake like.

Very moist and not too sweet! Highly recommended. I substituted ground flax seed with water for the egg.
