Healthy and tasty - had it with Stubbs bbq sauce and it was a tasty combo. I just used Parko vs adding Italian breadcrumbs and it was still very tasty

Not too shabby. Only thing i didn't like was the ends can get crispy too fast and still soggy in the middle. I used this recipe because i had no eggs, so in an emergency I would definitely use this one again maybe just tweek a few things.

Turned out great! instead of spraying the pan i baked them on wax paper and it seemes to work just as well. Tasted how a chicken nugget should taste - real! Will be making these more often.

It wasn’t to bad, I could get it crispy, and when you put it in your mouth the breading just seemed to fall off immediately. Think next time I might try making it crispy on the stove
