    was really good! neede some salt and i used brown rice flour insead of bread crumbs.
    Tasted Great!!!!!! Will do again:) For a "Keto" version, use: 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 cup flax seed meal instead of bread crumbs.

    Unusual alternative to chips and certainly a healthier one, but a little bland. Nice for kids.

    I used a ginger-soy crusting instead for more flavor. I think I cooked them too long, as they were a bit dry. Great idea though.
