I cut the recipe in half due to a small blender, but it turned out great. I do recommend adding the optional vanilla though.

I used vanilla because I didn’t have any lemon juice, but next time I make it I’ll use fresh lemon juice instead! Delicious as is though😍

Holy cow, so good. I made the mistake of tasting it and ended up eating the whole thing instead of freezing it. Perfect when you are craving something cool and sweet, and very quick to make.

Super easy and healthy dessert! I used Greek yogurt and frozen strawberries. It is not a perfect replacement for PinkBerry, but it is healthy and homemade. It is also a great way to use some of those extra fruits in your freezer/refrigerator.
