Making this for the second time today. I love how healthy and simple it is. My husband devoured an entire mini loaf in one day.

This turned out great! I made it vegan by substituting the eggs with flax “eggs” but the taste was still really good. The cooking time was a little longer (around 40-45 minutes) but the texture and taste were great. Will definitely make again!

I'm not a fan of overly sweet banana bread and this was a great balance! The oats give a great texture and the egg and baking soda combo give a great lift and binding that you see in "gluten-ful" recipes. Also I like that it isn't too thick - - you can have two slices with some almond butter and its not an overwhelming amount. Love that it is blender recipe: clean up is easy-breezy and assembly took about 2 minutes! great for when those costco bananas all turn in 2 days (sigh) - now I have an easy go to recipe that saves me from food waste (and lets be honest $$$ waste). Bake time because it is a thinner height is not crazy either ! Such a plus to not wait around for over an hour for some scrumptious Banana Bread :) - hope you enjoy!

it was great hot out the oven but once cooled I found the oats still quite raw and chewy...don't know if there's a way to pre-cook/soak the oats.

This is a crowd favorite! I always add some chocolate chips or blueberries and make muffins (baking at 350 for 15-20 minutes). Great healthier option!

I’ve now made this multiple times. it’s super easy to make. The riper the bananas, the better it will be.

This is very good, but very dense. I will add cinnamon and nuts next time. It also needed to cook 45 minutes.
