Really really good and moist - love the texture. I added walnuts and chocolate chips and baked in a bundt pan. Was a low bundt but came out great!

Easy to do. Great for a quick breakfast or snack
Fabulous! I added choc chips & hemp hearts on top
I made this using a Kitchen Aid mixer instead of a blender (I don't have a particularly good blender) and it was wonderful! It ate a bit more like a dense baked oatmeal, but sliced like a bread and the flavor was really delicious. Mine needed about 10 minutes longer to fully cook, but that might have been the altered consistency. I'm tempted to buy a high-powered blender just so I can try out the other flourless bread recipes she has on her blog!
It was chewy and not too sweet. I only had a little pure maple syrup so I used regular pancake syrup for that and it didn’t seem to hurt anything. I also used an immersion blender and added cinnamon and Chinese five spice. Next time I’ll probably add walnuts.

This quick and easy banana bread always is a hit with my family Since there is no milk or wheat flour, it doesn’t cause problems with people who can’t have these foods Very nutritious!

I put it in muffin cups and it stuck . So no paper cups . I also would add some cinnamon , vanillaand brown sugar next tome for a little extra flavor . Never using flour again for my banana bread . These are pretty good !! Thanks for sharing !
Super easy!! Loved the quick recipe and the bread came out really moist, with the right amount of sweetness and a great density for a breakfast loaf. I could easily make this every week and feel great about it. So happy to have come across this recipe.

Great! Very moist. I added 1 tsp of vanilla extract and nutmeg. I also did 1 cup pats and 1 cup almond flour instead of the 2 cups of oats. I was a bad girl and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar as well

This recipe was really easy to do and it came out really moist. However it wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be. It's a bit plain but adding more chopped up bananas to the bread added a nice balance of sweetness.
My son ate the whole loaf the first time! Even at 17 he’s picky. But he loved this!!
