Best banana bread I’ve made yet! Always struggle to get that moist texture - 10/10

Added a fourth banana, 1/4 c of flaxseed, changed 1/2 c of flour to wheat flour, and added 1/4 c of finely chopped walnuts to increase healthy omega-3 content. Great snack or quick breakfast for kids.

I made this yesterday and it was gone in 5 minutes. The guys went bananas for it! *pun intended*. I didn't have nuts so I swapped with chocolate chips. I also don't have bread pans so I used an 8x11 baking dish and upped the total baking time by about 10 minutes. It was super moist and dense. Very delicious!

So yum! Instead of making mini loaves I made just 1 loaf and cooked it at the same temp for about 50mins and it was delicious! I have made it many times and anyone who tries it believes it is better than the usual sweet banana bread!
