Ingredients

20 whole hazelnuts
30 grams ground hazelnuts
100 grams goat cheese (spreadable)
3 pinches salt

Directions

1In a skillet toast the whole hazelnuts over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
2Set aside.
3Toast ground hazelnuts for 2 minutes, in a similar way.
4Combine ground hazelnuts and salt in a shallow dish and mix.
5Coat each hazelnut with goat cheese, forming a small ball with your hands.
6Roll the ball in the ground hazelnuts.
7Serve with toothpicks.
